If you are not completely satisfied with your WindowCanvas Graphic, for any reason whatsoever, return it to us for a refund. Please return your WindowCanvas Graphic within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund with no questions asked. All returned items must be undamaged, uninstalled and in excellent condition. You must include all paperwork, and properly package the graphic to avoid damage. If you receive your WindowCanvas Graphic damaged due to shipping, alert the shipping carrier immediately, and save all original packaging.

If the mistake was ours, we will refund the ground shipping charges. Credits, refunds, or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. No credits will be issued for damaged, used, incomplete, or special order items.

All WindowCanvas rear window graphics are warranted against defects in manufacturing for the lifetime of the product. Warranties are for product only and limited to the value of the replacement product. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any damage, expense, or consequential damage arising out of use or the inability to use the product. A sample of the of the defective product as well as the product date code and date of purchased should be provided to file a valid claim.
